We just got back from our second huge fall event, this time at Angola (Louisiana State Penitentiary) and the stories and life change we saw out of the prison yard are incredible.
Thanks to the amazing Louisiana DOC, we were allowed to bus in incarcerated people from NINE different prisons all over the state into Angola's large rodeo/event yard and present many speakers and worship leaders who shared the love of Jesus with these men and women.
God truly filled this space with His presence and we don't think anyone involved will ever be the same. Around a thousand people attended, hundreds gave their lives to Christ, and more than 50 were baptized on the spot. Incarcerated men lead a worship choir. Chaplains at each of the prisons are sharing with us the revival going on at their own facilities after this event.
We're just speechless and eternally grateful to everyone: staff, volunteers, chaplains, special guests, and all of our ministry supporters like you for the time, finances, and prayers you pour into our ministry to reach this population with the love of God.
It was amazing watching God move on this night!
