What began as a dream, 16 years ago, to bridge the gap between the local church and prisons across the country has turned into a movement of people just like you who believe that there is no one too far gone and that the gospel is for everyone.
After reunifications in Oklahoma and Las Vegas, we went to Texas, and in Bartlett and Allred we watched 98 more children run into the arms of their parents in a family reunification that was as amazing as any other so far.
The trial had dragged on for months. When the final verdict was read, the last holdout on the jury voted guilty. Bruce Davis stood in silence as the judge’s words landed like a hammer: life in prison. His mind flooded with memories of the violence, drugs, and deception that had brought him to this moment.
